Principle
We are specialised in making micro-capsulations of particles size D50 as small as 1 microns. Small particle size is important to give transparency, cleanliness, and color strength. The capsules could be applied on water-based, solvent based, oil based and UV system. |

The maximum temperature resistance is 250 ¡æ, and it has good solvent resistance and dispersion.

Characteristic Remarks
l Store the product in a cool and dark area. Temperature below 25 ºC is recommended. Do not allow to freeze as this will damage the photochromic capsules. Shelf-life is 1 year
l pH 5-7 is recommended in coatings and inks formulation.
l Certifications: EN71 & RoHS passed. Safe for food grade packaging and toys.
l The residue color at warm state is different for different colors.
l All applications using color-changing pigments and ink of any kind should be thoroughly tested prior to approval for production. |
